Terms of Service

Service

Cyban provides deepfake monitoring, detection, and takedown assistance for individuals. We do not guarantee removal of all content in all cases, particularly content hosted on offshore servers outside legal jurisdiction.

Payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time. No refunds for partial months.

Your responsibility

You must only submit photos of yourself. Submitting photos of others without their consent is prohibited.

Limitation of liability

Cyban will make every effort to detect and remove unauthorized content but cannot guarantee 100% success in all cases.
